Gabby brings DJ Catnip a microphone for him to use in the big music show, but he has some terrible news: he lost his groove! Determined to help him get his groove back, Gabby and Pandy take him on a musical search through the Dollhouse. And in Kitty Fairy's garden, the fairy-riffic fairground is transformed for The Fairy Festival! At the festival, Gabby and Pandy meet an excitable little fairy named Luli-loo, who joins them as they explore the festival. Luli-loo may not be the best at all the fair games, but she's never afraid to give it a go and learn from her mistakes!
