Return/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days and is for in-store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer in-store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to your account as store credit.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for in-store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 107 E. State Street, Algona, IA 50511.

At this point we do not offer return labels for your return, but will send you a 20% off code for your next order in exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
